I currently have Server-Based SharePoint Integration setup on my company’s Dynamics CRM. In Document Management settings, I’ve enabled the Account and Opportunity Entities so that the documents are stored on a SharePoint site. This currently works fine.
Recently we created a new SharePoint site and want to setup a different entity in Document Management to store its documents there. However when I went to the Document Management section, the SharePoint defined is still the original one. There doesn’t appear to be a way to setup the new SharePoint site for this entity.
I was wondering is there a way to setup which SharePoint site the documents are uploaded to, depending on the entity? Below is the Document Management section:
