I am getting the following error at the end of the CRM installation:

Action Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Admin.CreateDatabaseAction failed. —> System.IO.IOException: The network path was not found.

From what I’ve read from another similar post, this may be caused by the lack of sufficient permissions to perform file transfer and rename tasks during the organization database creation process. The solution proposed was to give the domain user that is performing the installation local admin rights on the CRM server and the SQL server. I have done that, and restarted the instances as well to apply the changes, but the issue still persists.

Are there any other solution suggestions?

I do get errors about the installer not being able to set the SPNs for the async and sandbox service accounts, but I read that those can be ignored and done afterwards, which I’ve done.

I also tried net sharing the C drive as per this advice on a similar issue, but it also didn’t help.

I also tried disabling the firewalls on the CRM, DB, and DC servers and allowing all traffic in the ACL and Security Groups on AWS to ensure that its not a network issue.
