Every entity has Status and Status Reason field.
These fields are of type ‘Option set’
Values under Status option set, cant be changed
Values under Status Reason option set can be renamed and new values can also be added
Unfortunately, you can’t have field level security on Status, Status Reason and Primary Attribute/Key.
