How to increase email activities subject size

Forum Post: Change the Filter On option on Opportunity Associated View for Account form


I have a Dynamics on premise 9.0. I need to increase the size of email activity subject.

We already changed the size of the field in the entity email to 400. In the screen everything seems ok, and we can write 400 characters, however when we send the email, it cuts only to 200. The same happens in a received email.

It seems something internal is cutting the email subject string to 200.

Anyone has already solved this issue?
