Deployment Manager did not map the CRM users?

Dear All,

We  have imported an Organization DB (From Server Primary)   say “MyCRM”  on  another CRM server (Secondary Server) . Now we have two  CRM databases

1. MyCRM_MSCRM
2. MSCRM_CONFIG

• We have enabled database mirroring  for “MyCRM_MSCRM” from  Primary database Server to Secondary Server to synchronize organization DB.

In order to use secondary CRM server we have changed the mirroring role means “MyCRM_MSCR” is accessible on Secondary Server.

We have used Deployment manager to Edit organization to update user mapping.But we found that no new users whioch are avaible in organization DB were added to  Config database.

Will the user mapping work with Edit Organization?Please advise.
