Is there a way to forward an automatic reply in Outlook when an email is received in Dynamics to the affected user?

The following scenario a user has received an email in Dynamics.
However, he did not receive it directly on his account in Outlook, because the assignment is made from a queue.
Can Dynamics detect that the user has Auto Reply enabled in Outlook and send an Auto Reply itself?
