You can create an Recurring Power Automate (MS Flow)
Please refer the below screenshot for the reference:-
1. Select the recurrence connector as a start of the flow which will run on a daily basis on a define time.
2. You have to retrieve the List of Contact Records where contact type = “employee”. So for that you can add filter condition in the filter rows refer the below screenshot.
3. Add some validation check to check the we have retrieve the list of contact data.
4.If we have data then Create an email message and send the email.
