We would like to discuss the Customer Insights export feature, focusing in this blog on Audience Insights with Individual Consumers. We demonstrated in a previous blog how to integrate Dynamics 365 Contact and Opportunity records to Customer Insights and viewed them in a profile page. We are going to demonstrate how to export the Dynamics 365 contacts in Customer Insights to Dynamics 365 Sales app.
