Email message is getting failed and not being sent in outlook some times.

Hi I have Dynamic CRM 365 On Premises using email router for Email server Profiles for all mailboxes.

and where have some workflow to send mail notification in outlook …. ..first it goes to status reason in Pending send and then Failed.

in some of the cases only its happening … sometimes is being sent and received and sometimes failed.

Any help will be appreciated ..and its urgent , please any one can help me with this.
