The email configuration test is in progress. Which never ends

Forum Post: Change the Filter On option on Opportunity Associated View for Account form


I am using dynamics crm 365 online and tried enabling and testing a mailbox. Since then went in a deadlock like stage. Now how should I end this configuration test. I have got stuck in between. I even tried deleting this mailbox and associated queue and create a new ones. But it is even stopping me from deleting the queue as it as some active process associated.

Any help would be much appreciated.
