our customer uses Dynamics 365 On-Premise 188.8.131.52, which was original a Dynamics CRM 2016 installation and license. The license is available in the VLSC, where in the license summary the “Version” is “2016”. However, under downloads is Dynamics 365 9.0 accessible.
I’m curious if an upgrade from 8.2 to 9.0 or 9.1 require a new buy of Dynamics CRM license or is the upgrade free of charge?
