I need to remove some email templates from prod environment, I can see they are part of the default solution. I can see same email templates created in a custom solution that look like are used the solution ones NOT the default email templates.
I would like to take a backup or save them before removing. I did not find an XRMToolBox tool for this.
I checked Data Migration Utility but in Default Solution I found Email, Email Notifications and Email Signature but no Email Templates entity (that I need).
I need to basically do a backup of these email templates from the default solution, then remove them. Also if any issues, I need to be able to restore back.
Can you please help?
