Forum Post: Change the Filter On option on Opportunity Associated View for Account form

Hi team,

Using onprimise 2015 v crm .

We are getting error mail boxes has been disabled for receiving email because an error occured while connecting to email server.

Using :outlook 365 email profile.

We getting this issue for every 30 minutes , aftr getting issue we are testing n enabling mailbox.

What might be the route cause for this issue.

Please help me to resolve .
