Can the ‘From’ in Outgoing Emails always default to a specific user/team?

We don’t want our reps sending out going emails to have their user account in the ‘From’ when sending emails from cases.

I know we can manually change the user in the ‘From’ field but is there a way to have it automatically change every time a user sends an email?
