I’ve tried to find an answer to my question about option sets. The situation is that I have CRM 2016 Online with English and Finnish languages and I’d need the option sets to arrange alphabetically despite of the language user uses. For example when user chooses Country from a drop down list (global option set) s/he would see the countries in alphabetical order despite of s/he is using English or Finnish in her/his CRM.
Now the option set is arranged alphabetically by English country names and when a Finnish user sees the list the country names are in Finnish but ordered by the countries’ English names. Is there any way to sort the list alphabetically despite of the language i.e. for English speaking users the list would sort by countries’ English names and for Finnish speaking users the list would sort by countries’ Finnish names?
