Forum Post: Change the Filter On option on Opportunity Associated View for Account form

We have a new SMTP Server in which I went into Dynamics 365 SMTP email set up and put in the correct configuration and authentication is set to basic and when I do a test email I receive the following error: 

The mail system returned the following error: “A call to MailKit.Net.Smtp.SmtpClient.Authenticate failed with this message: The SMTP server does not support authentication.”.

If I change the authentication to anonymous and run the email test I receive the email but the workflow approval we have running doesn’t work under authentication Anonymous.  Has anybody from the community have an issue with this and how they were able to resolve it?
