I would like to see if there is a way for when users are imported into Dynamics 365 CRM that their system is their preferred or display name. We have a number of users that have been imported into the system that are showing their legal name instead of their given name. I have found articles that this field is being pulled from the First name field within Office 365 Admin. Are there any other options other than changing the name within Office 365 Admin / AD? Any help would be appreciated.
