Hi All,

We have a performance issue with CRM D365 – Service Module – With around 1.7 million Case Records, CRM OOTB View Listing for the Case Records is taking too long to retrieve the records. 

Is there any way to optimize the load time for the OOTB View Listing, CRM does not support adding indexes to the underlying table in MS SQL DB.

Please suggest another alternative if any..
